החומרים הדרושים:
- תערובת מלט\אבקת צמנט אפור או לבן לבחירתך(קונים בטמבור )
- מים נקיים לערבוב המלט
- 3 מוטות עץ עגולים באורך 40 ס"מ או מקל מטאטא מעץ שאותו נחתוך בעצמינו.
- קופסת פלסטיק גדולה לערבוב המלט עם המים וכף עץ.
- דלי גדול (דלי הספונג'ה מצוין לזה ) ליצירת השרפרף
- נייר זכוכית (טמבור)
- מסור ידני לעץ או ג'קסון -מסור חשמלי (אפשר להשיג בגמ"ח לחומרי עבודה . המסור נצרך רק אם יש בידכם מקל מטאטא ולא מוטות חתוכים מראש )
- סרט מידה .
- מסקנטייפ
- טוש לסימון
- צבעי אקריליק או צבע לעץ
- מברשת קטנה .
- כפפות
- ספריי שמן (רגיל)
אופן ההכנה.
- נכין את רגלי השרפרף:
אם יש בידינו מקל של מטאטא נמדוד עליו 3 פעמים את האורך 40 ס"מ ונסמן בטוש.
נחתוך עם המסור בזהירות לפי הסימון ונקבל 3 מוטות. נשייף מעט את קצוות המוטות בעזרת ניר זכוכית.
- נצבע את הרגליים:
נמדוד מקצה כל מוט כ10 ס"מ גובה נסמן בטוש . נדביק פס מסקנטייפ בגובה המסומן .
נצבע בעזרת מברשת טבולה בצבע הרצוי עד למסקנטייפ. נמתין לייבוש.
- הכנת המושב :
ראשית נלביש כפפות כדי להתעסק עם המלט.
נשפוך לקופסא אבקת מלט ומים ביחס של 2 ל-1 . כלומר על כל 2 כוסות מלט נשפוך כוס אחת מים . לצורך הכנת השרפרף נזדקק בערך ל12 כוסות מלט.
בכל מקרה כדאי להסתכל בהוראות היצרן על שקית המלט כי יתכן שינויים קטנים ביחסיות שבין המלט למים. אם אין הוראות נפעל כנ"ל.
נערבב את התערובת הזו עם כף העץ .עד למרקם של יוגורט.
נסמן בטוש בתוך הדלי את הגובה הרצוי לשרפרף. בד"כ זה בין 7 ל-8 ס"מ גובה.
נשמן את הדלי ע"י התזת הספריי שמן.
ניצוק את התערובת המוכנה לדלי עד הסימון.
נדפוק את הדלי מעט על הרצפה כדי לשחרר בועות אויר מהתערובת וגם כדי ליישר .נמתין כ-10 דקות לפני הכנסת הרגליים.
- 4) הכנסת המוטות :
בצד הלא צבוע של המוט נסמן בטוש 4 ס"מ מהקצה כדי שנדע כמה להכניס את המוט פנימה . (יש להיזהר לא להכניס יותר מידי כדי שהרגל לא תציץ מלמעלה ומצד שני לא להכניס פחות כדי שהחיבור יהיה מספיק יציב)
נכניס את המוטות פנימה במרווחים שווים . המוטות צריכים ליצור צורת משולש שווה צלעות . אפשר להעריך בעין או למדוד את הצלעות ולהזיז את המוט בהתאם.
נשעין את המוטות על דפנות הדלי באלכסון. נקבע אותם בעזרת חתיכות מסקנטייפ לדלי.
- ייבוש וחילוץ:
נמתין לפחות 24-48 שעות לחילוץ השרפרף.
בעת החילוץ נמתח מעט את דפנות הדלי ונמשוך את הרגליים החוצה .
נשייף מעט את קצוות השרפרף כדי לתת לו גימור נעים וחלק.
6)נסתכל על התוצרת שלנו ונטפח לעצמינו על השכם.
